What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

We typically charge by man hours, but we can tailor it to your needs. For example if you want to schedule for two hours we will get done everything we possibly can do in two hours following a check off list from you of importance. Have another idea... let me know ;)

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

Call for a quote Free walkthrough with a bid that evening or the next day As soon as you approve the bid... START, maybe tomorrow, maybe in a few months. Whatever you need.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

Brains, common sense, values and integrity A Masters degree in Education. Not necessarily related. Managing employees can sometimes be like managing students ;)

How did you get started doing this type of work?

A friend sold me her commercial accounts. She now runs a multimillion dollar company specializing in residential accounts.

A variety... warehouses, offices, gyms, small businesses, churches...

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

All of our jobs are recurring... Many of the clients we've had for years. Yet to lose any! -knock on wood...

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

There are many great companies out there. Find someone you can connect with. Everyone is different. Hopefully I'm your cup of tea.
